Gary has over 30 years of experience working as a senior operations executive, a management consultant and military officer.

Gary has worked with the private equity sector for more than 20 years and was instrumental in developing TBM’s Private Equity practice which specializes in both Pre-Deal Operational Due Diligence and Post-Deal Value Creation to address the needs of the middle market.

Gary currently leads TBM’s Global Private Equity practice and has worked closely with 70 private equity clients and more than 120 of their portfolio companies across the globe.  He is a thought leader in the industry who understands the expectations of PE firms regarding speed.

Gary’s first stint with TBM was from 2002 to 2012. He last led TBM’s European and India practice based out of Germany. Before this, Gary was responsible for large global client transformations including Nike, Saint Gobain, and Hubbell Electrical Products. 

He previously was Vice President at ESAB (a Colfax company) and has held a number of leadership positions at Intel Corporation and was an officer in the U.S. Army.  Gary received an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from West Virginia University.
